There will be a $0.60 handling fee charge (for first envelope), $0.50 handling fee charge (for the second envelope), $0.40 handling fee charge (for the third and subsequent envelope used to post) excluding from postage charges.
Handling charge is for the cost of the envelope and other necessities that have to be used for the postage as I do not even earn from your postage.
